Kettering Rocks! International Stone Symposium Artwork Maintenance

Through September and October 2023, a team of professional public art conservationists treated and cleaned the limestone sculptures of the 2002 Kettering Rocks! Stone Symposium.  This was the first cleaning in over 20 years, and while the darkening of the stone is a normal part of the process of the material aging, the special treatment brightened the sculptures back up to how they looked several decades ago!
