Rosewood Student Exhibition BannerRosewood Community Gallery Student Artwork Exhibition

Rosewood is accepting artwork submissions for the annual Student Exhibition in the Community Gallery, on view from April 25 - June 7, 2025.  The deadline for artwork submissions is Monday, April 7, 2025.

Artwork must be made at Rosewood Arts Center within the last two years. All artworks will go through a jury process by the Community Gallery Committee. Artists may submit multiple pieces for consideration but only one piece will be included in the Student Exhibition.  All artworks will go through a jury process by the Community Gallery Committee.

    Please upload a jpg of your artwork. The committee will be reviewing this image as your submission. If submitting more than one artwork, please submit one form per artwork.

Gallery Exhibition Agreement

Every precaution is taken in handling exhibiting artwork. All work is insured during the installation process and while the work is on display. The Gallery Coordinator reserves the right to reject work if it differs from the work presented in the original application, violates any conditions set forth in this prospectus, or is unsafe to display for any reason. Artists who are shipping their work are responsible for shipping charges both ways. Return shipping must be pre-paid with a pre-paid label through UPS or FedEx. If no such arrangements are made, the artwork will not be returned. All wall pieces must include proper hanging materials or instructions. Participating artists must agree to be bound by the Rosewood Gallery Group Exhibition Agreement.
