Marisa Wilt
I became passionate about strength training in 2001 when I was coached by a competitive lifter who taught me the importance of good form for prevention of injury and the methods of heavy resistance training. In 2017/2018, I worked hard to achieve a new level of performance and was featured in a fitness magazine as an amateur weight lifter. I began indoor cycling eight years ago and fell in love with the group fitness environment. I was recently certified in Rowing, which is uniquely challenging – offering synchronized team movement and a surprisingly serene state of mind. I strongly believe in the biopsychosocial model of wellbeing & I hope you allow me the opportunity to help you reach your goals.
