A 20-year Kettering resident and dedicated member of our fitness family, Stephen has transformed his life through commitment and determination at the Kettering Recreation Complex. As a CAD Designer at WPAFB by day and fitness enthusiast by choice, Stephen has achieved remarkable results in his 4-year fitness journey with us!

Stephen credits our group exercise classes and especially instructor Kevin Crisler for keeping him motivated and pushing through his limits. When he’s not crushing his fitness goals, you might find him enjoying disc golf, diving into genealogy, or working on DIY projects!
“One exercise class and workout at a time” – that’s Stephen’s approach to sustainable fitness. His fellow classmates have become an invaluable support system, inspiring him to keep reaching for new goals.
