Aaron, a Kettering native and mechanic, has been a member since 2010. After overcoming a patella fracture, he used our diverse equipment to regain lost muscle mass. Aaron values maintaining a healthy lifestyle and appreciates the variety of equipment available.
Carla, a homeschooling mom of three, joined in 2012. Despite busy days, she prioritizes her health by utilizing our conveniently located facility. Over the past 5 years, Carla has achieved her fitness and lifestyle goals, crediting the Recreation Complex as part of her journey.
